OUTREACH
Youth Ablaze
Youth Ablaze is a powerful and dynamic ministry just for teens Std. five to fourth form, or 7th – 12th grade. These teens have a blast playing games, engaging in competitions, making friends.
They experience uplifting Praise and Worship, and hear messages just for them! There are so many ministry opportunities for our youth at TFOCC and many are involved as they strengthen their walk with God. We have young people serving as Ushers, Greeters, Camera Operators, Power Point Operator, Sound System Operator,, Children Church Workers and serving on the Worship team.
This Ministry started some 12 years ago with 6 youth and has grown to an average of 60 youth. Some services have over 100 in attendance.
Clothing Ministry
This Ministry started nine years ago with limited resources. Since then with the help of our many partners we have been able to bless thousands with clothing, footware, sheets, towels and toiletries. This March, 300 families or over 1500 individuals from 18 different villages and Punta Gorda Town received clothing and footware. Over 10,000 pieces were distributed. We were also able to bless several families with clothing and footware, in different communities that had lost everything in fires that destroyed their homes.
Blankets for Back Villages
Through this outreach nine entire villages have receive blankets. Our goal for 2023 is to collect and distribute over 800 blankets! This will allow us to bless two entire villages.
