At Toledo Outreach Christian Center, we believe that our staff members play an integral role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of our community. On this page, you'll find information about our pastoral staff, ministry leaders, and administrative staff, as well as ways to get in touch with each staff member. We're proud of the team we've assembled and the unique contributions each member brings to our community. Whether you're a new visitor or a long-time member, we hope this page helps you get to know our staff a little better.
Senior Pastor
Pastor Victor Hernandez
Pastor Victor is married to Sharon Hernandez who also serves at TFOCC as the Associate Pastor. They have two daughters and one granddaughter. Pastor Victor preaches a simple uncompromising message from the Word of God. His hearts desire is to see God raise up a Generation that loves God, His Word and puts in to practice. Along with his wife they started Toledo Faith Outreach Christian Center in 2006. He also serves as Overseer of Faith Outreach Ministries, a ministry that has seven other churches in the villages. These churches were started by TFOCC. Pastor Victor holds an Advance Diploma in Ministry from East Coast Christian University in Florida, and a Masters degree in Ministry from The 300 Ministry Training College in Houston.

Associate Pastor
Pastor Sharon Hernandez
Pastor Sharon is the Worship leader and also leads Youth Ablaze, the youth ministry of TFOCC.She is a mother to so many young people. She loves the Word of God and is an anointed teacher of the Word of God. She oversees the Clothing Ministry of TFOCC. This ministry distributes thousands of clothing and footwear to the many villages in the Toledo District. She holds an Advance Diploma in Ministry from East Coast Christian University in Florida.

Wayne & Bernadette Flowers
Wayne serves as Building Director , he oversees the buildings of TFOCC and any new building projects. He also does maintenance on all facilities. Bernadette severs as Children Pastor, under her leadership this ministry has grown to some 70 children every Sunday and over 300 children for Vacation Bible School. She has a passion for children and ministers to their spiritual and physical needs. Bernadette also oversees the Hospitality, Kitchen, Decoration and the Fundraising ministries. She is the Churchs treasurer. They both love God with all their heart and are such great servants in His Kingdom.

Calvin & Maria Coe
Calvin is in charge of the assets of TFOCC , he also drives one of the bus that picks up the members of TFOCC. He maintains the property of the church. He has a servants heart and helps wherever he is needed. Maria is an anointed teacher of the Word and fills the pulpit sometimes when the Pastors are not in town. She leads the women and prayer ministries. Maria oversees the Sewing Ministry of TFOCC, she teaches single mothers how to sew and takes them through a one year course and upon graduation they receive a sewing machine and fabric that they can start their small business.. TFOCC has also started this program in four other villages and Sister Maria oversees them.
